Euro RSCG Baltimore Promotes DeSantis To Top Post
Baltimore, MD – Euro RSCG Baltimore today announced that Steve DeSantis will be taking over as Managing Director of the Baltimore office of Euro RSCG. Paul Walczyk, who has held that position for the past nine years is leaving of his own accord to pursue other opportunities in marketing. Mr. DeSantis has been with Euro RSCG for the past five years and as Senior Vice President, Director of Client Services as the number two in charge of the Baltimore marketing communications agency.
During his tenure, Mr. DeSantis has overseen business from clients that include JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide, SAAB and Bermuda Department of Tourism and has been heavily involved in New Business Development. Prior to arriving at Euro RSCG Baltimore, he was Vice President, Director of Marketing at eSylvan where he was responsible for strategy, development and implementation of both eSylvan’s consumer and business-to-business brands. He has held senior positions at agencies including three years at W.B. Doner, working on Bush’s Baked Beans, Sylvan Learning Center, Teligent and The Mills Corporation. He got his start in advertising at DDB Needham in 1987 where he worked until 1992. Currently he serves as First Vice President of the Advertising Association of Baltimore (AAB). He’s a graduate of University of Maryland with a B.S. in Journalism.
