About the event

Kick off Ad Month with an energizing keynote and interactive workshop focused on the people side of agency life—building teams, culture, and long-term value that lasts. Guests are also invited to explore the Maryland Center for History and Culture with free museum access starting at 11:30am before the program begins.

Part 1: Keynote Presentation

Can You Solve People?

What if understanding what drives people—your clients, your team, yourself—could change everything?

In this thought-provoking keynote, Kenny and Eli explore how values, motivation, and simple behavioral shifts can unlock creative potential, improve leadership, and fuel better alignment at every level of your business. You’ll leave rethinking how to connect, lead, and thrive in an industry that runs on people.

Part 2: Interactive Workshop

Building a Value-Able Agency

This hands-on session builds on the keynote by helping you map your own agency or creative practice against what you say you value. Using exercises, discussion, and their signature “value map” framework, Kenny and Eli will guide participants through practical strategies to embed culture, clarity, and meaning into their daily work.

Because great work isn’t enough. The best agencies are built on trust, alignment, and values that actually mean something.
