There’s something about the Baltimore advertising community—when we get together, the energy is instant. On December 3rd, we packed out Mount Washington Tavern for the AAF Baltimore Holiday Bash and Toy Drive, and it was one of those nights that reminds you why this industry feels like a family.
The cocktails were flowing, the conversations were loud in the best way, and even though it was a Tuesday, it had that perfect end-of-year, we-made-it-through-2025 vibe.

The Toy Drive: You Delivered
Within the first half hour, the toy deposit was already filling up. By the end of the night, we had collected 45 toys for J.O.Y. Baltimore, a local nonprofit supporting youth and families throughout the city.
Every Barbie, basketball, board game, puzzle, doll, and action figure is going straight into the hands of a kid who needs a little extra joy this season. That’s the part of this night that sticks with you. Our industry knows how to party, but we also show up with generosity and heart.
Closing Out 2025 (Finally)
This event always hits at the exact right moment—when everyone is exhausted, trying to wrap major projects, prepping budgets, juggling holiday deadlines, and questioning every career choice they’ve ever made.
And then we all get in a room together, and suddenly it’s fun again. There’s laughter. There’s encouragement. There’s that shared we survived another year feeling.
