The 2025 American Advertising Awards are just around the corner, and AAF Baltimore is thrilled to introduce this year’s panel of judges—four industry powerhouses who reviewed an impressive array of creative work from across Maryland.
After days of careful deliberation (and plenty of coffee), our judges have selected the best of the best. Finalists were officially notified on February 3rd, and now, all eyes are on March 6th, when we’ll roll out the red carpet to celebrate the brightest minds in advertising.
Meet the Judges

Jason Walker, SVP, Group Creative Director, Ketchum – A seasoned creative leader with a background in filmmaking, photography, and design, Jason has worked with brands like GM, Alfa Romeo, and P&G.
Suzanne Piehl, Marketing Contractor, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta – Suzanne’s career spans 30+ years with top brands like Coca-Cola, L’Oréal, Tiffany & Co., and Pizza Hut.
Adam Cicco, Sr. Creative Director, 9Rooftops – With 25+ years of experience, Adam has crafted award-winning work for major brands, including The Pennsylvania Lottery, Coach Handbags, and The Warhol Museum.
Cecilia Lazar, Creative Director, McCann Detroit – Cecilia has developed innovative campaigns across industries, from automotive to public service, with expertise in storytelling across multiple media.
