Michelle Selby
Lifetime Achievement Award
Established in 2009, the Lifetime Achievement Award honors local industry leaders who have dedicated their careers to building a strong Baltimore advertising community. This premiere award celebrates individuals whose work and leadership have inspired others and set the standard for excellence.

Ron Ordansa
Silver Medal Award
Since 1959, the Silver Medal Award has recognized professionals who have made outstanding contributions to the advertising industry and have actively worked to further industry standards, creative excellence, and social responsibility. This award is one of the most esteemed recognitions given by AAF member chapters nationwide.

Susan Levickas
Katherine Mahool Iconoclast Award
Named after the first president of the organization that would become AAF Baltimore, the Katherine Mahool Iconoclast Award celebrates women in advertising, marketing, business, and design who have broken barriers, defied stereotypes, and redefined industries. This award honors those who have paved the way for others to succeed.
The 2024 honoree, Susan Levickas, has been a trailblazer in the industry, using her platform to champion diversity, creativity, and innovation.
